We cannot be responsible for items during transit once they leave our premises. We try to ensure delivery is within 3 to 5 business days (UK Mainland only) however, delivery may take up to 7 business days according to the schedule of the courier service. International orders are usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days but can take up to 20 business days. Please get in touch if you have any specific requirements. Otherwise, if the parcel is returned to us, the original postage cost cannot be refunded and the same postage costs will apply to re-deliver the items (any items initially sent with free postage will then be liable for postage costs).
